Despite such comments, a composed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically known for his showmanship - were respectful and remained civil with each other.

Paul rather attacked ex Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "a joke" after the Cameroonian rejected a bout proposal.

Taking Aim at Fury

Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK rival Fury - and rejected a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.

"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer said.

Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua refused to talk badly about his opponent's fighting skills.

Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.

He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.

Still, the inexperienced fighter is still one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, consistently making massive earnings.

Forecast and Confidence

The 28-year-old forecast a KO victory in rounds four or five and stated he would stop the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.

"It will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Paul said.

Size Disparity

As the two fighters participated in the usual stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it drove home just how unlikely this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is really proceeding.
